We're putting so much work to make sure you get your order ASAP! You should get your order within 5-10 days from the day it is placed.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct and add a reachable phone number so that carriers can contact you in case of any issues.

For most countries, shipping time frames take between 5-15 days maximum, depending on custom processing times. Some countries have longer custom regulations which lead to deliveries lasting more than 15 days. We do apologise for that but it's unfortunately out of our control, therefore Lavenu is not responsible for longer delivery time frames.

If you're not happy with your item or if it is damaged, we will refund you! In the event that you refuse or are unable to accept any shipments from & packages have to be sent back, you will be held responsible and no refund will be processed.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, then you must contact the delivery carrier stated in the tracking number and address the issue directly with them. does not hold nor accept responsibility for packages that have been stated by the carrier as "delivered" or "no one to accept the package". We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected, the final destination of the order and customs.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 3 days to process your order. This is just an estimate & doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been processed & ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking(s) information.

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will wait 1 to 3 days to get the item(s) & send the rest to you. If we cannot get the item(s) in stock then we'll offer you a refund for the item(s) not in stock.

Shipping + Insurance

Lavenu provides a "shipping + insurance" options that protect customers from lost & undelivered orders. As stated in the shipping & refund section, Lavenu does not take responsibility for lost, undelivered or stolen items during the standard shipping process. If you opt for a "shipping + insurance" option, you will be covered from any undelivered orders with a full refund or the same item shipped free of charge.


Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. For refunds, you must send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of reception.

To return your item(s), simply log into your Lavenu account, click on the Return Centre link (on the footer) & add your order details as well as the item(s) you'd like to return & we'll email you a free E-parcel barcode with the return address within 24 hours. Print it & add it to the package for free return. Be aware that items might have different return addresses so different E-parcel barcodes will be necessary.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also free from any sanitation such as makeup, perfume or/and any liquids.

Non-refundable items are items labelled in SALE, underwear, swimwear and/or items provided as marketing material for the purpose of collaborations via marketing discounts.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange item(s) for the same item(s), follow the return process stated above. Non-exchangeable items are items labelled in SALE, underwear, swimwear and/or items provided as marketing material for the purpose of collaborations via marketing discounts.

Any mistake(s) due to the shipping or courier company, no refund or exchange will be offered.


If you're not happy with your item, we'll be happy to offer you a refund once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as the original method of payment, within 3 working days of receiving the item. Lavenu reserves the right to the method of refund depending on the issue. Please know that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Lavenu reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders and refunds at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Items such as bikinis, underwears, liquids, etc... stated in our Policies.

Similarly, Lavenu reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
